Graphics Card:

The latest processors come with the powerful integrated graphics that can handle your tasks with ease. But if you are using the software like MATLAB, AutoCAD or other 3D environments then you need a dedicated graphics card. In this case, a dedicated graphics card will help you perform your tasks more efficiently and concisely.

Storage:

These Days you will get two options of storage drives in the market. These options are SSD ( Solid State Drive) storage and normal HDD (Hard Disk Drive). SSD is costly and faster than the HDD which helps in improving the overall performance of your laptop and booting your OS (Operating System) fast. 256GB of SSD comes with the same price as 1TB of HDD.

If you want to have more storage in your laptop, you should consider buying HDD. As it will provide you more space without spending any extra cash for your laptop. But, if you want faster performance over more space then go with the SSD storage. So, chose the storage option upon your budget and need.

Display:

The size of the display also matters when it comes to run different softwares on your laptop. For a better display experience, I suggest you go with at least 15 inches of full HD display that can support the resolution of 1920×1080 pixels.

I hope after reading the above points, you will be able to choose the laptop for yourself.
